Inversoft Cloud Offering

Based on the feedback we received over the last few months we are now offering cloud solutions to better suit the needs of our customers.

Our goal is to help companies protect their brand, prevent incidents and connect with their users. We are taking these basic principles one step further by simplifying the delivery of our products. With new cloud offerings, we give you the features and tools you need faster than before. The cloud setup saves you valuable time, allowing you to focus on what really matters: Your Brand.

What’s New?

Flexible hosting options allow you to choose the package that best fits your needs and company regulations. Still not sure which solution is best for you? Here are a few details to help you determine whether cloud or server is right for your company.

Cloud (we host)

CleanSpeak and/or Passport will be automatically deployed on a private cloud server that is hosted and managed by Inversoft. Cloud provides the simplest way to start using our software without having to download and install it yourself.

Server (you host)

CleanSpeak and/or Passport must be downloaded and installed on your server. The software will come in a secure, downloadable package. You have the option to run on cloud servers or dedicated servers depending on your needs. For an added layer of security, our software can run behind a firewall.

Server Benefits

  • Hosted on your servers and managed how you want
  • Reduced latency between your application and CleanSpeak/Passport
  • Full control over server and application configuration and security

What Makes Us Different?

Unlike multi-tenant software solutions, whether you choose server or cloud, your data is completely secure. If you do choose to deploy in our private cloud, rest assured knowing your data is completely isolated from other customers and your servers are secured and monitored by our security team. Why does this matter? If we were to store your user data along with everyone else’s, we would become a primary target for hackers. Worst case, if we were hacked, your data along with everyone else’s data would be compromised. Storing each customer’s data separately or on your own servers ensures that your data is as secure as possible.

Existing Customers 

We are no longer offering SaaS packages. We have decided to remove our SaaS offering in favor of cloud to allow users more control over the software and interface; however we will continue to support those on the SaaS plan through 2017. At that point we will help you migrate to a new solution. Don’t worry you won’t lose any of your user data!
