This product is a highly capable moderation tool that allows multiple moderators to moderate content concurrently. Each moderator is given specific items to work on and never allowed to work on the same item as another moderator. This avoids duplicate work and moderation conflicts.

The moderation system is able to handle massive amounts of data without backing up and allows moderators to perform their work without slowing down the rest of the system.

Our moderation system also provides you the ability to configure and specify how different types of content are handled. You can, for example, choose to pre-screen content using the Real-Time Filter or you can choose to check usernames against a white and black list. Because each application might have special needs, this system can work with your requirements to build a solution that works for you.

We understand that moderation is sometimes not a simple task. For that reason, we provide an escalation system whereby moderators can hand off the difficult pieces of content to their managers. The escalations are configured via a simple-to-use role-based permission system.
