Choose from the best combination of any of three pre-configured moderation queue styles to most effectively segment and manage each unique source of content:
- Approval Queue: The approval queue ensures that the most critical types of content are reviewed and approved prior to going live in your system. For example, your team may want final approval over new usernames and avatar photos to ensure complete compliance with established community standards.
- Review Queue: The review queue permits potentially sensitive content that passes the initial filter screening to be published without approval, but presents it to your moderation team as soon as they are available to review it for a “second look.” Examples include content from particular sub-forums that are known to be historically volatile and problematic, or content from a user who is not yet “banned,” but may be one who your moderation team wants to actively keep an eye on.
- Alert / “Behavioral Filter” Queue: The alert queue allows your team to actively review content that the CleanSpeak filter has identified as “ambiguous” or “suspicious,” but not so objectionable as to immediately block it. When used in combination with a well crafted grey-list, the alert queue acts as a highly effective, real-time behavioral filter that can identify users seeking to circumvent community rules (i.e. “gold farming” in multiplayer online games) or engage in more serious, potentially illeagal behavior such as online grooming or predatory behavior towards kids and teens.
